Nutrition Conference, Day 3

All good things come to an end….

Tumeric boosts brain DHA levels and black pepper boost the bio-availability of tumeric 20X! Probably associated with the MUCH lower rate of Alzheimer’s in India…so cook with both spices together!

Dental health: it is not so much the sugar you eat, it’s the contact time with the teeth. Eating some sweets fairly quickly is much better than sipping on your sweet coffee for hours. It’s about the contact time!

Eat a handful of nuts 4x a week, and some blueberries or strawberries 4x a week has definite positive effect on you health. that’s easy!

Throw out your teflon pans!…. use ScanPan…out of ceramic. No harmful chemicals enter your food, and they clean easy. available on amazon, recommended by Dr. Weil. Of course it is a little expensive, but cheaper than a slow poisoning…and lasts forever.

About Dr. Greg Meyer

I'm a homeopathic physician, an urgent care physician, camper, hiker, traveler, and photographer. After Microbiology & Epidemiology, I studied medicine and more recently have become fascinated on how homeopathy can actually cure disease, or better said-how it allows the body to actually heal itself. I'm available for consultations in classical homeopathy. Check my website for more information.
